We’re committed to operating with full transparency and legal compliance — every transaction is backed by real credentials.
The vast majority of our items are brand-new or like-new. We source directly from trusted suppliers, including overstock, customer returns, and store liquidations.
Every item is sorted, photographed, and described truthfully at our Cambridge warehouse. The exact condition of each item is clearly noted in its HiBid listing — so you always know what you’re bidding on before you bid.

We currently serve the KWC region (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge) and surrounding areas, with nationwide shipping launching soon.
Pickup is by appointment only via Setmore.
Bidding & Auctions
Registration is free and takes just a few minutes. Visit wizonhub.hibid.com and click “Register” to create your HiBid account. You’ll need:
- A valid email address
- A credit card on file (only charged if you win)
- Account verification
Once registered, you can bid on any current or future Wizon Hub auction with a single click — no need to register again.
We run a fresh auction every week:
- Opens: Tuesday at 11:00 AM
- Closes: Sunday at 7:00 PM EST
Each auction runs for 5 days, giving you plenty of time to browse, watch, and bid.
A Max Bid is the highest amount you’re willing to pay for an item. Instead of manually placing each bid, HiBid will automatically bid on your behalf up to your Max Bid.
For example: If you set a Max Bid of $50 on an item currently at $10, HiBid will only raise your bid as needed to keep you the winner — up to $50.
Max Bids are private. Other bidders never see your maximum.
Soft Close prevents last-second sniping. If a bid is placed in the final minutes of an auction, the closing time automatically extends — giving other bidders a fair chance to respond.
This means an auction listed to close at 8:00 PM may extend a few minutes longer if active bidding continues. The auction only ends when all last-minute bidding stops.
No. All bids placed on Wizon Hub auctions are legally binding and cannot be retracted, cancelled, or modified.
By placing a bid, you commit to purchasing the item if you win. Please review item descriptions, photos, and condition details carefully before bidding.
Congratulations! Here’s what happens next:
- Email Confirmation — You’ll receive an email from HiBid confirming your winning bids and invoice details within 24 hours of auction close.
- Payment — Complete payment within 24 hours via your preferred method (credit card up to $500, e-transfer, or cash on pickup).
- Pickup Booking — Visit our Setmore link to book your pickup appointment.
- Pickup at Warehouse — Bring your invoice and ID to our Cambridge warehouse during your appointment time.
You have 1 week from the auction close to pick up your items.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
Account Verification:
- Your billing address must match the credit card on file
- Your HiBid reputation score determines your eligibility to bid
Deposit for New or Negative Accounts:
- If your HiBid reputation score is below 0, or if there are negative notes from other auctioneers, a refundable $100 CAD deposit is required
- The deposit is refunded if you don’t win, or applied to your invoice if you win
This protects all bidders and helps us maintain a trustworthy auction community.
Payment & Fees
Three charges are added to every winning bid:
- 15% Buyer’s Premium
- $1 handling fee per item
- 13% HST
Example: Win an item for $100
$100 + $15 (premium) + $1 (handling) + $15.08 (HST) = $131.08 total
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) — for invoices up to $500
- E-Transfer to wizongt@gmail.com (include your invoice number)
- Cash on pickup
For invoices over $500, please use cash or e-transfer.
Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction closing.
Invoices are generated within 24 hours of close and emailed to you. Pay using your preferred method from registration.
Yes. HST (13%) is added to all winning bids and calculated on the bid amount + Buyer’s Premium + handling fee.
If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the full invoice plus penalties may be charged to your card on file. Failure to pay may also result in your items being classified as abandoned and restrictions on future bidding.

Pickup
All pickups are by appointment only. After winning items, book your slot using our online scheduling system:
Pickup hours:
- Sunday – Thursday
- 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Choose any available time slot. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
Please bring:
- A copy of your invoice (printed or on phone)
- Your photo ID matching the name on the HiBid account
- Help loading large or heavy items, if needed
Items will only be released to the invoiced buyer or an authorized representative.
We understand schedules change. Reschedule your appointment via Setmore as soon as you know — ideally 24 hours in advance.

Important: All items must be picked up within 1 week of the auction closing.
Yes. To authorize a third party to pick up on your behalf, email us in advance at:
The authorized person must bring:
- A copy of your invoice
- Their own photo ID
Items will only be released to authorized representatives we’ve been notified about.
You have 1 week from the auction closing to pick up your items. If items are not picked up within this window:
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied
- A $10 handling fee will be added
- Items become the property of Wizon Hub
- Items will be relisted in our next auction

Two fees are added to every winning bid:
- Buyer’s Premium of 15% on the bid amount
- Handling fee of $1.00 CAD per item
Both fees are included in your final invoice at auction close. HST is then applied to the total. There are no additional payments due at pickup — what you see in your invoice is exactly what you pay.

Returns & Refunds
All sales on Wizon Hub auctions are final and sold “as is, where is” with no warranties.
You cannot return items for reasons such as:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size, color, or model (verify before bidding)
- Minor cosmetic differences from photos
- Item doesn’t fit your needs
Important: Wizon Hub auctions feature returned merchandise from major retailers. Items may be missing parts, used, damaged, or may not match the box. Some items may be in perfect condition. Please review item descriptions and photos carefully before bidding.
Wizon Hub stands behind every listing. You’re eligible for an in-house credit in this specific case:
The item is materially different from its description in the listing.
This includes situations like:
- Wrong product entirely
- Missing major components
- Significant undisclosed damage
- Misrepresented condition
This protection does NOT apply to:
- Items marked “AS IS” in the listing
- Minor cosmetic variations
- Issues you should have known by reviewing photos
If you discover a legitimate issue:
- Document the problem with clear photos
- Email us at info@wizonhub.ca within 5 days of your pickup date
- Include your invoice number, photos, and a description of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
Reports made after the 5-day window will not be accepted.
Approved claims receive an in-house credit, not a refund to your original payment method.
How it works:
- The credit is applied to your Wizon Hub account
- You can use it on any future Wizon Hub auction purchase
- The credit covers the bid amount, Buyer’s Premium, handling fee, and HST
We do not issue refunds back to credit cards, e-transfers, or cash payments.
If a return is approved:
- Restocking fee: 25% of the bid amount
- Handling fee: $10 CAD
These fees are deducted from the in-house credit issued. The remaining balance is added to your account for future use.
Example: Item bid $100, return approved
Restocking fee: $25
Handling fee: $10
Credit issued: approximately $65 (plus a portion of premium and tax adjustments)
Shipping (Coming Soon)
Not yet. At this time, Wizon Hub is pickup-only from our Cambridge warehouse. All winning items must be collected by appointment via Setmore.
We’re working hard to launch nationwide shipping in the near future.
Nationwide shipping is launching soon. We’re currently building the logistics, packaging, and fulfillment infrastructure to ensure shipping meets the same standard of quality our local buyers experience.
We’ll announce launch details on our website, social media, and via email to our subscribers.

Yes. When we launch shipping, our goal is to serve all of Canada — coast to coast. Specific rates and delivery times will be published when the service goes live.
International shipping is not currently planned, but may be considered in future expansion phases.
We recommend waiting until shipping launches if you can’t make a pickup appointment. All current auctions require pickup at our Cambridge warehouse within 1 week of the auction closing.
Items not picked up are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus $10 handling — so please bid only if you can collect.
